3 1/2 to 4 lb pork butt roast
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
1 can (10.75) condensed French Onion Soup
2 cups ketchup
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
12 hard rolls
Extra BBQ Sauce (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the pork with garlic salt and pepper. Brown pork in the oil on all sides.
Whisk the soup, ketchup, vinegar and brown sugar together in a slow cooker. Add the pork and turn to coat. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours or until the pork is fork tender. Remove the pork from the slow cooker. Using 2 forks, shred the pork. Return the pork to the cooker and stir together with the sauce. Serve pork on rolls with extra BBQ sauce if you want.
