2 pounds ground venison
16 soda crackers, crushed
2 eggs
2 tablespoons (or more) chopped onions

BBQ Sauce
1 3/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon liquid smoke
1 tablespoon vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground venison, crushed soda crackers, onion, and egg well. Form into balls and fry in a skillet until brown or bake in oven on a cookie sheet at 350º-shaking sheet occasionally so they roll around. Mix ketchup, brown sugar, liquid smoke, and vinegar together. Put drained meatballs in a casserole and pour sauce over. Bake until heated.

The secret of all meatball success is mixing very well. You may want to stir them at half time.
