1 cup plus 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour.
1/3 cup oil
2 tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. salt
Wax paper
Rolling pin

Directions:

Mix oil and water before adding to dry ingredients. Roll out between 2 waxed papers.Put in pie plate. Bake at 425 degrees for approx 10 minutes or until slightly brown. Double the recipe for two crusts. This makes a small pie, so if you have a large pie tin you might want to triple the recipe.

One of our daughters knew an Apostolic lady that made the BEST PIES. They were consistently good, so one day she asked her if she sent her daughters over would she teach them her secret of making good pie crusts. She also said, would she mind if she came along. The friend said she would and said you will be surprised how easy the crust is to make. This is the pie crust that she showed my granddaughters that day. I haven't made any other crust since and it is so easy.
