1 pkg chocolate cake mix
8oz cream cheese (softened)
1 egg
1/3 cup white sugar
6oz chocolate chips
Dash of salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake according to package directions. Fill each cupcake 2/3 full. Mix cream cheese, egg, white sugar, and salt- add chocolate chips. Drop 1 tsp of cream cheese mixture onto the 2/3 cupcake mix. Bake according to package directions. Frost with favorite chocolate icing. Makes approximately 30 cupcakes.
