APPLE CRISP
10 cups chopped apples
1 cup sugar
1 T. flour
1 tsp. Cinnamon
3 T. lemon juice

Best Crisp Topping:
1 cup Oatmeal
1 cup flour
1 cup packed brown sugar
¼ tsp. Baking powder
¼ tsp. Baking soda
½ cup butter (melted)

Directions:
Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Place apples in a 9X13 pan.
3.Mix white sugar, 1T. flour, and cinnamon together and sprinkle over apples. Drizzle lemon juice over all evenly.
4.Combine the oats, 1cup flour, brown sugar baking powder, baking soda and melted butter together.
5.Crumble evenly over the apple mixture. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
