1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 cup oatmeal
1 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 package ( 6 oz ) chocolate chip
1( 2 oz ) bar of chocolate finely grated
3/4 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter, sugar and brown sugar. Add egg and vanilla. After measuring , put small amounts of oatmeal in blender until it turns to powder. In a separate bowl mix together flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, baking soda. Add this to first mixture and blend well. Add chocolate , chips, grated chocolate and nuts. Place golf ball sized cookies 2" apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 6-8 minutes.
