8 oz. sour cream
1/2 cup mayo
10 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeños
1 clove garlic
1 T. flour
salted sunflower seeds
yellow, red, orange peppers (1 of each)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients and put in pie plate. Top with sunflower seeds and chopped peppers. Bake at 350º for about 20 minutes.
