4 cups cooked chicken chunk
4 hard boiled eggs
2 cups chopped celery
Pimiento - optional
1 teaspoon onion
1 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup cream of chicken soup
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Accent© seasoning mix

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together.

2. Mix 1/2 cup crushed potato chips, 1 cup grated mild cheddar cheese and 2/3 cup almonds.

3. Put chicken salad in pan. Sprinkle with chips and cheese mixture. Bake at 400º for 20-25 minutes.
