¼ cup dry mustard
¼ cup paprika
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon seasoned salt
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons black pepper
2 full racks of ribs

Honey Sauce
¾ cup honey, ¾ cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon water, 1 teaspoon cornstarch.

Rinse ribs and pat dry. Turn ribs over so they curve upwards. Remove white membrane from ribs. Use two large sheets of heavy duty aluminum foil, sprinkle each with one tablespoon of flour. Season ribs with ¾ cup of rub. Place ribs on foil and seal. Place on preheated grill, medium heat. Turn every 15 minutes for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove foil from ribs. Brush with sauce turn and brush second side with sauce. Keep turning and brushing with sauce until well coated. Remove ribs from grill, wrap back up in foil and let sit for 15 minutes before serving. Serve with remaining sauce
