Ingredients:
Ingredients:
10 lbs chicken legs and thigh quarters
2 cups Anne's emergency BBQ sauce
2 tbsp vegetable oil (to grease the pan) non-stick cooking spray works as well

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat the oven to 375. for about 20 minutes.
Use non-stick cooking spray or a thin amount of cooking oil in your roasting pan to prevent sticking.
Cut chicken leg quarters into separate legs and thighs (you can use any type of chicken you like).
Clean off all excess fats and skin off of the chicken, including removing the bony rib part of the thigh.
Season using a salt- free seasoning.
Place cleaned and seasoned chicken into the roasting pan so that no pieces are touching the sides of the pan.
Roast chicken for about 45 minutes to get it cooked at least half way, then brush on sauce. Turn chicken over, cook for 30 minutes and add more sauce. Use what amount you like and cover with aluminum foil to prevent scorching. If you like crispier chicken, add less sauce until the chicken is done cooking, leave uncovered. Should be done after a total cooking time of an hour and a half.
