2 pkgs. dressing with season packets
2 cans cove oysters, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
6 celery stalks, diced
1/2 c. butter
2 T. chicken stock base
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and celery until transparent and tender. Fill small saucepan with water, oyster liquor, butter and chicken stock base; simmer until butter is melted. In large bowl, place dressing, oysters, onion, celery and seasoning. Mix well. Pour butter water over dressing until bread is damp and holds together well. Add salt and pepper to taste and stuff turkey. Makes enough dressing for 20-24 lb. turkey.
