2 pints of fruit to cover bottom of baking dish
3 tbsp. crisco
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 cup flour

Glaze:
1 cup water
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Put fruit in bottom of baking pan. Mix crisco, sugar, milk, baking powder and flour together and spread over the fruit.
Make glaze and pour over dough.

Bake at 375º for 50 to 60 minutes.
