1 cup water

1/4 c brown sugar
2 tsp dry mustard
1 c sliced onions (I also used dry onions about 2 T)
1/2 c vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Cut ribs between bones to serving size pieces. Place single layer of ribs in baking pan.
Combine the ingredients for the sauce and mix well. Pour over the ribs.
Bake for 3 hours basting occasionally.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I usually buy my ribs from Costco which has three slabs of ribs in the package. I cook all at the same time and double the recipe so there is enough sauce. After our meal, I freeze the remaining ribs so there is a wonderful quick meal later in the month.
