1 slab of baby back or pork ribs
1 tbsp of dark brown sugar
1 tbsp of paprika
2 tsp of garlic
1 1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp of creole seasoning
1/8 cup lemon juice
1/8 cup of water
barbecue sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients together then rub on both sides of ribs. Place ribs in aluminum foil packet. Add lemon juice and water. Seal packet and place on grill for about 1 hour, turning after 30 minutes. Remove ribs from grill. Discard aluminum foil and baste both sides of ribs with barbecue sauce. Return to grill for about 5 minutes on each side then remove and serve.
