2/3 c. butter, softened
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 1/4 c. flour
Pam cooking spray
3 eggs, beaten
4 t. vanilla
3/4 c. malted milk powder
1 1/2 c. coconut
1/4 c. flour
2 t. instant coffee
1/4 t. baking powder
1/4 t. salt
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 T. malted milk powder
1 T. boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl stir together butter, brown sugar and 1 1/4 c. of flour until smooth. Spray 9x13 pan with Pam, pat flour mixture into the bottom of the pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until just set. Beat together eggs, sugar and 2 t. of the vanilla. Stir in coconut, 3/4 c. malted milk powder, 1/4 c. flour, 1 1/2 t. of coffee, baking powder and salt. Carefully spread mixture on top of baked layer. Bake 20-25 minutes more or until set. Cool. In a medium bowl, beat together powdered sugar, 3 T. malted milk powder, the remaining 2 t. vanilla, the remaining 1/2 t. coffee and boiling water. Beat in a little more boiling water until icing is of spreading consistency. Spread over cooled bars. Makes 36.
