1 yellow cake mix
1 small instant vanilla pudding mix
1 c. milk
1 small Cool Whip
8 oz. chopped macadamia nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 12 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 c. shredded coconut
bananas (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake according to directions for 9x13 pan. Cool. Beat together the pudding mix, milk, Cool Whip and cream cheese until well blended. Spread on cooled cake. Mix together pineapple, coconut and nuts. If using bananas, put on next. Then spread coconut mixture over all. Refrigerate cake. Serves 15-20.
