1 1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup melted butter
3 beaten eggs
4 cups (heaping) soft fresh white bread torn
1 large can pineapple chunks or crushed
1/2 cup evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Moisten torn bread using milk, add all and mix thoroughly. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over top.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour
