3 Tablespoons butter
2 pounds carrots, peeled and cut into julienne strips
2 teaspoons chopped fresh dillweed, or 1 teaspoon dried dillweed (I used fresh)
¼ cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon honey

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the carrots and stir well to coat. Saute the carrots stirring frequently, for 3 minutes. Add the dill, chicken broth and honey. Cover the skillet and cook 5 – 10 minutes, or until the carrots are tender.
