1 box lemon or yellow cake mix
1 box vanilla instant pudding
1 cup orange juice
3/4 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 cup powdered sugar
3 tbsp. lemon juice
Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 5 ingredients together and beat for 3 minutes with an electric mixer. Pour batter in a tube pan and bake at 325º for 50 minutes or until it tests done. Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice. Heat to boiling. Remove cake from pan. Cool for 15 minutes. Pour glaze over the cake while it is still warm.
