Ingredients:  
1 c. sugar
1 c. self-rising flour, sifted
1 c. buttermilk
1 stick butter
1 large can peaches
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Dough: Mix the first 3 ingredients until well mixed.
Melt butter in pan. When butter is melted, pour dough over butter.
Place peaches over dough. Pour liquid from peaches over the peaches and dough.
Pour vanilla over peaches.
Bake @ 350º for 1 hour or until crust on top is browned well.
