5 whole chicken breasts, split, skinned, and boned
1/2 lb. bacon
6-8 oz. dried chipped beef (if beef is very salty, rinse and drain)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 8 oz. cartons sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Wrap each boned chicken breast diagonally with bacon. Grease a 9x13x2 inch baking dish. Line dish with chipped beef; place chicken breasts on chipped beef. Mix together mushroom soup and sour cream; pour over chicken. Bake uncovered in a preheated 275 degree oven for 3 1/2 to4 hours, or until chicken is tender. Yield: 8-10 servings

NOTE: May add a cup of Sherry, if desired.
