4 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, diced
1 large can pineapple chunks
2 cups mini marshmallows
1/2 cup sugar
1 T flour
1 cup peanuts
1 egg
2 T apple cider vinegar
1 (8oz) ctn Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Mix pineapple juice, sugar, flour, cider vinegar and egg in pan and simmer until thickened. Let cool. Mix rest of ingredients in and blend well. Chill and serve.
