6 yellow squash
1 onion, chopped
2 Tbl butter
1/2 c milk
3/4 sleeve Ritz crackers
2 c shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Steam squash and onions for about 15 min. Until tender.
With a wooden spoon smash squash in a bowl. Add butter, milk and crackers. Place in a 2 qt casserole dish, top with cheese. Bake at 350º for 30 min.
