Ingredients:

Chicken wing or drumstick
4 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tsp dark soya sauce
1 tsp sesame oil (put in at the end)
2 tbsp cooking oil
2 cloves garlic
salt to taste
2 medium shallot
1 medium sliced carrot
2 dry and fresh whole chillies

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the oil, add garlic, ginger and shallot till fragrant
Put in the chicken and cook for 2 minutes (medium heat)
Add Dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and mix in with chicken
Stir for 5 minutes
Put in the chilies, carrots, and add enough water to cover the chicken
Stew the chicken for 15 to 20 minutes, Now put in the sesame oil.
Serve with rice
