3 cups cooked rice
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup celery thinly sliced
1/3 cup onion chopped
2 tbsp melted butter
2 tsp parsley chopped
1/4 tsp salt
dash black pepper
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup milk or white wine
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 3 quart shallow baking dish.
Combine rice, celery, onion, parsley, butter, salt and pepper. Spoon into baking dish. Layer chicken on top. Combine soup, mayonnaise and milk or wine. Pour over chicken to edges of dish. sprinkle with paprika.
Bake @ 350º for 1 hour
