2 tbsp karo syrup
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 lb cinnamon swirl bread
6 eggs
1 5/8 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat syrup, brown sugar and butter until melted and pour in a 9x13 pan.
Stack 3 slices together and place on top of butter/ sugar mixture in the pan.
Beat eggs and mix in milk, vanilla, and salt and pour over the bread stacks.
Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight.
Bake 350ºF for 45 minutes (covered for the first 25 minutes)
Top with additional syrup, butter or sugar if desired.
