1 cup margarine
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 cups flour -- sifted
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together margarine, sugar & eggs. Sift flour, soda, cream of tartar & salt. Stir into mixture. Chill dough then roll into balls the size of a walnut. Roll in a mixture of 4 tablesppon sugar & 4 tablesppon Cinnamon. Place about 2" apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 F until lightly brown - about 15-20 minutes. (don't burn)
Cool about 3 min - they won't stick.
