Cake: 3/4 cup warm milk; 4 eggs;1 cup sugar; 1/2 lb butter, melted; 1 large yeast cake (= 3 pkgs of active dry yeast); 8 cups flour
Filling: 1 lb poppy seed with a box of white raisins, 1/4 cup honey, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tbsp. melted butter and 1/4 cup milk.

Mix ingredients for cake together, place in warm spot in porcelain container with damp cloth over top. Wait 3 hours for dough to rise. Cook all ingredients for filling together over medium heat, stirring constantly until blended. Cool. Roll out dough to a rectangle 24x8, fill. Bake seam side down for ~ 35 minutes at 350º.
