1 cup long grain rice
1 quart milk
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
13 oz. evaporated milk
1/2 cup raisins
cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice and set aside. Beat together 1 quart milk, 3 eggs. 1 cup sugar, 2 teaspoons vanilla. In a deep baking dish (9 x 13) add evaporated milk, rice, beaten ingredients. Stir in raisins and sprinkle top with cinnamon. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes. Do not cover. Take out and allow to set.
