3 cups flour
pinch salt
2 tbsp 10x (confectioners) sugar
2 eggs
4 egg yolks slightly beaten
2 cups oil

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, salt and sugar together. Make well and place eggs and egg yolks in well. Mix together and knead for 10 minutes until smooth. Cover with a towel for 1 hour.
Roll dough out paper thin. Cut bows into strips 4-5 inches long and 1 1/2 inches wide. Cut cannoli into diamond shapes and roll over metal forms.
Fry in oil at 375º
