3 lbs. Salmon fillets
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp honey
2 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together all marinade ingredients and put in ziploc bag. Add salmon. Marinade 1-3 hours in fridge.
Do not overmarinate.
Prepare grill to medium high heat.
Turn heat down to medium low.
Grill salmon skin side down, covered for 7-9 minutes. Take salmon off grill, leave the skin on the grill if it's adhered.
