salmon fillets
1 tbsp mayonnaise per serving of salmon
salt
pepper
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Soak cedar plank at least 1 hour.
Mix mayonnaise, salt, pepper and paprika. Spread thinly over salmon. Place salmon on plank. Place over indirect heat on medium high gas grill. Cook with lid down for 10-15 minutes depending on thickness of fish and desired doneness.
