1 lb veal cubes
1 clove minced garlic
1 small can Hunts tomato sauce (8oz)
1/2 bag frozen lima beans
salt to taste
pepper to taste
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Brown veal cubes in olive oil. Remove from pan and set aside. Add garlic and saute until fragrant about 1 minute. Add tomato sauce stir, return meat to pan and simmer 5-10 minutes. Add frozen lima beans and simmer 30 minutes.
Serve with rice.
