7 cups beef or chicken broth
1 small (1 lb.) cauliflower, divided into small flowerets
1 1/2 tbsp. instant flour
1 cup milk
2 egg yolks
1 tbsp. dill leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Bring the broth to boil. Add cauliflower, simmer for 25 minutes. Add the flour mixed with 1/2 cup milk. Bring to Boil. Remove from heat. Add egg yolks mixed with the rest of milk. Add Dill.
