Bacalao
Onion
Celery
Olive Oil
Lemon Juice
Pepper
White Wine Vinegar
Garlic, chopped
Fresh Parsley
Black Olives, optional

Directions:
Directions:
In a pot of water boil bacalao, celery & onion until tender & flaky (about 15 minutes). Drain and cool.

Break bacalao up into pieces/chunks.

Toss with remaining ingredients.
