Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 - 16 oz tube Jimmy Dean pork breakfast sausage
1 - package Pillsbury original crescent rolls
4 eggs
3/4 cup milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste, or Tony Chachere’s

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the sausage in a skillet and drain on paper towels to remove excess grease. In the bottom of a buttered 13 x 9 pan, spread the crescent rolls, pressing the seams together to seal. Season with salt and pepper or Tony Chachere’s. Top with browned sausage. Mix together the eggs and milk and pour over top of casserole. Top with cheese. Bake at 425° degrees for 25 minutes uncovered, until the top is crusty and light brown.

**I modify this recipe based on what I have on hand. If I have tater tots in the freezer that need to be used, I will use them instead of the crescent rolls. If I have bacon or ham, I use those instead of sausage.
