5 lbs. large shrimp, heads and tails on
1 lb. (4 sticks) butter
3 tbsp. Pickapeppa sauce
4 tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
6 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 cup KC Masterpiece (regular) BBQ Sauce
Louisiana Hot Sauce to taste
Worchestershire, several dashes to taste
Tony Chachere’s seasoning, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste

Melt the butter and set aside to cool. Wash & drain your shrimp. Place shrimp in a single layer in large, deep baking pan. Sprinkle in all sauces, seasonings and garlic, then mix to coat shrimp well. Marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour, minimum. Pour cooled butter & parsley into the pan and bake at 350º for 25 minutes, or until shrimp begin to pull away from their shells. Serve with good French bread and a salad.
