2 lb assorted Berkley & Jensen Shrimp & Sea scallops, Orca Bay King Crab Legs, Berkley & Jensen Wild Alaskan Cod, etc.
8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1/2 lb Botto's Chorizo Sausage
2 medium onions, roughly chopped
4 garlic cloves, crushed
3 (32 oz) pkg chicken broth
2 cups Minute Instant Long Grain White Rice
4 cups frozen garden peas
1/2 cup olive oil (not extra virgin)
Salt & black pepper
Juice of 2 lemons
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken thighs, fish & sausage into bite sized pieces.
Preheat Dutch oven over high heat.
Reduce heat to medium-high, carefully drizzle in olive oil & immediately add chicken & sausage.
Cook 5 min; stirring occasionally.
Add onions & garlic to pot & cook 5 min; stirring occasionally.
Season with salt & pepper & then stir rice into pot.
Carefully pour first container of broth into pot, scraping pot as you stir.
Bring to a boil.
Add second container & bring to a boil.
Repeat with third container.
As soon as soup boils, replace cover & reduce heat.
Simmer until rice reaches al dente stage (approx 25-30 min).
Turn off the burner & immediately stir in seafood, lemon juice, & peas.
Replace cover & let sit for 5 min.
Stir in parsley & serve immediately.
