2 lb thick sliced bacon
equal parts sugar and chili powder
Finely chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350º
Lay bacon on foil in a cookie sheet
Cook for 20 min
Sprinkle with chili mixture and top with pecans. Cook another 15- 20 min until brown.

This is a great way to cook bacon even if you don't top it with anything. The chili mixture is great for salads or omlett's. After you cook a lot of bacon put left overs in a zip lock baggie and keep in the refrigerator for a couple of weeks
