1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. soft bread crumbs
Dash pepper
1/2 c. milk
3-4 T. Heinz 57 Sauce
1 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients thoroughly. Shape into a loaf in a shallow baking pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Let meat loaf stand 5 minutes before slicing.
