2 onions quartered
2tbs brown sugar
1tbs paprika
2tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 4-6pm boneless pork butt or shoulder roast
3/4 c cider vinegar
4tsp worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp garlic salt

Directions:
Place onions in crock pot. Combine brown sugar, paprika, salt and peper and rub mixture over roast. In a bowl, combine the vinegar, worcestershire sauce, red pepper, sugar, mustard, and garlic salt. Mix well. Drizzle 1/2 of the vinegar mixture over the roast. Cover and refrigerate the remaining vinegar mixture. Cover and cook on low for 10 hours. Remove the meat and onions and drain. Shred the meat and onions. Serve the meat and onions on buns. Use the remaining vinegar mixture to drizzle over the sandwiches.
