1T flaked sea salt
2t cracked Szechwan or black peppercorns
2 large mild red chilies, seeded and chopped
1t Chinese five-spice powder
4 chicken breast fillets, trimmed and quartered
1T vegetable oil
1lb (450g) broccolini, trimmed and halved

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the salt, pepper, chili and five-spice powder in a bowl.
Toss the chicken in the spice mixture to coat.
Heat half the oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat.
Add half the chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, for 7 minutes or until cooked through.
Remove from the pan and keep warm. Repeat with the remaining oil and chicken.
Add the broccolini to the pan for the last 4-5 minutes.

I know it sounds like a lot of salt, but trust me! Also, be sure to use rock or sea salt, not regular table salt.
