2 tbsp oleo
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp sugar
1 cup sour cream
4 cups french cut green beans; drained & cooked
2 cups grated swiss cheese (1/2 lb)

TOPPING:
1/2 cup crumbled corn flakes
2 tbsp oleo, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 2 tbsp butter in large saucepan over low heat.
Stir in flour, salt, pepper, & sugar.
Add sour cream & stir until smooth.
Increase heat to medium & heat until thickened & bubbly, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat & fold green beans into sauce.
Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Sprinkle cheese over green bean mixture.
Mix melted butter & corn flakes & sprinkle over casserole.
Bake at 400º for 20 min or until heated.
