1 lb. Bob Evans Original Breakfast Sausage
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm mini breads (Pumpernickel or rye)

Directions:
Brown breakfast sausage in a pan. When sausage is almost done, start the cheese mixture in a new pan. Add milk and butter in a pan and heat until butter is melted. Cube the velveeta cheese and add a little at a time to the milk/butter mixture...stirring continuously. Continue until all of the cheese has been added and is melted. Drain the sausage and combine with the cheese mixture. Line a baking sheet with foil and fill with the Pepperidge Farm breads. Spoon sausage and cheese mixture onto each bread. Bake at 350º for 10-15 minutes or until bread is toasted and cheese begins to brown slightly.
