Dough:
4 1/4 c. Bisquick
3 oz. fresh shredded cheddar cheese
11 oz. cold water

Garlic Spread:
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. dried parsley

Directions:
Directions:
To cold water, add Bisquick and cheese, blending in a mixing bowl. Mix until dough is firm.

Using a small scoop, place dough on a baking pan lined with baking paper. Bake in 375º oven for 10-12 min. or until golden brown. While biscuits bake, combine spread ingredients.

Brush baked biscuits with the garlic topping.

This is another great recipe from Mrs. Hadden's class. These are about as close as they come to Red Lobster's delicious biscuits. And the bonus is that they are so easy! Sometimes I freeze part of my dough because it makes quite a bit so that I can just pop a few biscuits in the oven whenever we want them!
