3 lbs of pork meat
Half a cup of onions
5 teaspoons of garlic powder
2 jalapenos
10 tomatillos
5 tablespoons of cilantro
2 teaspoons of salt

• Cut pork in small pieces cook in a large deep skillet with a little oil until brown add onions and sauté till they are a little translucent then add garlic and salt in a blender put jalapenos, cilantro and tomatillos add sauce from blender to meat and cook for half and hour covered
