24 vanilla wafers
2 (8-oz.) packages cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbs. lemon juice
1 (16-oz.) container sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 315° F degrees. Line 24 baking cups in muffin pans with
one vanilla wafer per cup well.

Beat together the 16 oz. of cream cheese, the 3/4cup sugar, eggs, and lemon juice and fill baking cups until 2/3 full. Bake 15minutes.

Beat the remaining ingredients together and layer on top in baking cups
before baking an additional 10 minutes. Refrigerate before serving.
