1 can (14 oz) water-packed artichoke hearts
1 green onion, finely chopped
2/3 cup of mayonnaise
1/3 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
Dash of hot pepper sauce (optional)
Paprika
2 tbsp grated Parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Drain artichokes thoroughly, cut in half and blot dry with paper towels.

Place in bowl of food processor (or mixing bowl). Add all other ingredients except 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese. Process (or mix) until smooth and well mixed.

Poor mixture into glass quiche dish or pie dish. Microwave on medium high (70 percent power) for 3 minutes, stir well.

Sprinkle with reserved Parmesan cheese and paprika.

Microwave 2 to 3 minutes more or until center bottom of the dish is hot.
