1 cup dry white wine
½ cup olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
2 teaspoons dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 ½ cups seasoned bread crumbs
½ cup parmesan cheese
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 lb box of penne pasta
4 oz can of sliced black olives
14 oz can of quartered artichoke hearts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first seven ingredients. Bring to a simmer for at least 30 minutes.

Combine bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Cut chicken into 1” pieces. Bread the chicken with the crumb/cheese mixture. Place chicken on a baking sheet covered in foil and sprayed with Pam. Bake chicken at 350 degrees for the 30 minutes.

Cook pasta according to directions on the box. Open cans of olives and artichoke hearts and drain.

When pasta is done, drain in colander and return to cooking pot. Mix in half of the wine/oil sauce. Add the chicken, olives, and artichokes to the pasta and mix. Add the remaining sauce and mix.

Spoon pasta into bowls, garnish, and serve hot. Pass additional parmesan cheese to taste.

Serve with tossed green salad, garlic bread, and dry white wine.
