Meatloaf
1 1/2 lbs hamburger
salt and pepper
1 medium carrot grated
1/4 cup diced onion
2 eggs well beaten
dash of Worcestershire sauce
slice of bread broken in pieces and soaked in 1/2 cup milk

Topping
1/4 cup ketchup
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp prepared mustard

Directions:

Mix meatloaf ingredients all together and bake 325º for approximately 1 1/2 hours.

Mix topping ingredients, top meatloaf with topping and finish baking about 15 more minutes or until done.

Slice and serve
